Terms of Service

GiftPop is a product of EarnPop, operated by Vivid Eastern Culture Technology Limited, Room 20, Flat 03, 7/F, Block B, Tuen Mun Industrial Centre, 2 San Ping Street, Tuen Mun, Hong Kong (“we”, “us”).

These Terms govern your use of the GiftPop mobile application and the GiftPop Telegram Mini App (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if that is higher. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Rewards are paid only to accounts that meet this requirement.

2. Your account

• You may hold one account only. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• Accounts are personal. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account.
• You must provide accurate information, including for withdrawals.

3. Rewards and virtual currency

The Service awards coins and other in-app balances for activities such as opening gifts, completing tasks, watching advertisements, and inviting friends.

• Coins and in-app balances are a limited, revocable licence to use a feature of the Service. They are not your property, not legal tender, and have no value outside the Service.
• Reward rates, conversion rates, and withdrawal thresholds may change at any time. Changes apply going forward.
• We may adjust, withhold, or reverse any balance that was credited in error or obtained in breach of these Terms.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available once you meet the thresholds and verification requirements shown in the app. We may review any withdrawal request before paying it, and may request additional verification. We may refuse or reverse a withdrawal where we reasonably believe it relates to fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Create multiple or automated accounts, or use another person’s account.
• Use bots, emulators, scripts, modified clients, VPNs, or any other means to fake activity or ad views.
• Exploit bugs or errors instead of reporting them.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches this section, and forfeit balances obtained through the breach.

6. Advertising and third-party content

The Service includes advertisements and games provided by third parties. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Your dealings with third-party advertisers are between you and them.

7. Availability

We provide the Service “as is”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of coins, balances, or expected rewards. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. No employment relationship

Using the Service does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or independent-contractor relationship between you and us. Rewards are voluntary incentives for optional activities you choose to complete — they are not wages, salary, or compensation for work.
