Can I really withdraw money?
Yes. Once your balance reaches the minimum for your country you can request a withdrawal, and after review it is sent to the account you entered.
Do I have to pay or top up anything?
Never. The app is free, there is no deposit, no subscription and no fee taken from your withdrawal.
How do coins turn into money?
Coins are converted at a fixed published rate. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm a withdrawal.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawals are reviewed manually first. After approval, the time depends on the payment method you chose.
Which countries are supported?
Available payout methods differ by country. Open the wallet page in the app to see what is supported where you live.
My withdrawal has not arrived. What now?
Check the status in your wallet history first. If it still looks wrong, email us at hello@earnpop.app with your account ID.
Who can use the app?
You must be 18 or older. One account per person — duplicate accounts are removed and their balances are void.
Is this a job?
No. Using the app does not create any employment relationship. Rewards are incentives for completing optional tasks.
Why do you pay users?
Advertisers pay us when people try their apps and services. We share part of that with the people who do the tasks.
How do I keep my account safe?
Never share your login or withdrawal details with anyone. We will never ask for your password.
